At Ramsey Dental Spa, we strive to make dental care accessible and convenient for our patients. We accept a wide range of major credit cards and insurance plans, including popular PPO insurances like Guardian, Delta Dental, and MetLife dental insurance, among others.
When you provide us with your dental insurance information, we gladly take the initiative to contact your insurance company and verify your coverage details and the specific plan you have. We also handle the filing of your insurance claim on your behalf. However, please note that while we assist with the process, you ultimately remain responsible for all charges.
To help you plan and understand your financial obligations, we will estimate the portion of the cost that you are responsible for. However, it’s important to remember that there are no guarantees regarding the amount the insurance company will cover. Therefore, at the time of service, you are required to pay your portion, which includes deductibles and any non-covered procedures.
At Ramsey Dental Spa, we also offer CareCredit as a flexible financing option for your dental treatment. With CareCredit, you can take advantage of deferred interest options and extended payment plans. Our friendly front desk staff is available to guide you through a quick and easy Pre-Approval process, which involves a soft inquiry. This allows you to explore your financing options without impacting your credit negatively.
