APPOINTMENTS
We value your time and aim to make your visit as efficient as possible. If you are a new patient, we kindly request that you arrive at our office 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. To streamline the process, you have the option to download the new patient forms from our website. Completing these forms in advance and bringing them with you will expedite your check-in process during your first visit.
For returning patients, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This additional time allows us to smoothly complete the check-in procedure and update any necessary information.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, preventing you from keeping your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice. This allows us to accommodate other patients and adjust our schedule accordingly.
